1 Pallet FOS Header

See below for step by step instructions

Locate the TRDU's x2 and place onto 1200x1000 pallets.
Locate the TRDU's x2 and place onto 1200x1000 pallets.
Fold header panel over, folding internal side panels upwards.
Fold header panel over, folding internal side panels upwards.
Fold external side panels over locking tabs into slots on internal side panels.
Fold external side panels over locking tabs into slots on internal side panels.
Attach 3D factice through left side support into header side using the supplied rivets. Repeat for right side (No 3D Factice)
Attach 3D factice through left side support into header side using the supplied rivets. Repeat for right side (No 3D Factice)
Attach header to the TRDU’s, each header support will slide over the side panels as shown.
Attach header to the TRDU’s, each header support will slide over the side panels as shown.
Rivet header sections to the TRDU’s in positions shown.

Repeat steps 2 - 4 for the right header section.

Attach header one by one to the TRDU’s, each header support will slide over the side panels as shown. Rivet header sections to the TRDU’s in positions shown.
